Se afirma ca nu cel instruit trebuie sa se adapteze la sistemul scolar, ci dimpotriva, sistemul sa se adapteze la cel pe care il instruieste si sa creeze conditii pentru dezvoltarea abilitatilor acestuia.
Prin acest proiect am vizat crearea unui sistem interactiv de instruire care sa ofere utilizatorului (indiferent ca acesta este student sau absolvent) posibilitatea de a-si insusi temeinic limba engleza generala si  tehnica (in mod special aceea din domeniul petrolier).
Prin sistemul interactiv pe care il propunem, utilizatorul poate merge in propriul ritm de invatare, sistemul fiind capabil a se adapta la necesitatile individuale ale utilizatorului. Prin numeroasele module de evaluare online (Controlled Practice de la fiecare din cele cincisprezece unit-uri, testul initial, precum si testul final), sistemul poate oferi utilizatorului informatii ce urmeaza a fi prelucrate si posibilitatea de a dobandi cunostinte si de a le consolida.
Fiecare unit are urmatoarea structura : Pre-reading, Reading (fiecare Reading contine Listening- un vorbitor nativ de limba engleza citeste lectiile, permitandu-i utilizatorului dobandirea unei pronuntii corespunzatoare), Ways with Words (in care se testeaza diverse probleme de vocabular), Grammar Reference (cu explicarea teoretica a problemelor de gramatica aparute in text), urmat de Controlled Practice, continand, in functie de complexitatea teoriei, de la unu la patru patru variante de exercitii online pentru fiecare unit. Pentru partea de exercitii de la Ways with Words, utilizatorul este rugat sa completeze raspunsurile si sa le trimita ca attachment profesorului de engleza.
Puteti de asemenea folosi modulul de chat si puteti efectua cautari in bazele de date continand termeni petrolieri (dictionar englez-roman, dictionar englez-englez, numeroase expresii sau liste de verbe, adjective sau verbe care cer obligatoriu prepozitie, etc.)

We often hear that it is not the one who participates in some form of training that has to adapt to the school system, but, on the contrary, it is the school system itself that has to adapt to the one who is trained. With this project we envisaged the creation of an interactive training system that could offer the user, irrespective of level (undergraduate or graduate), the possibility to develop linguistic self-awareness as they learn general and technical English, especially for the petroleum field.
With the interactive system the user can learn at their own pace, the system being capable of adapting to the user’s individual needs. By means of numerous self-assessment units (Controlled Practice within each of the fifteen units, the initial and the final tests), the system can offer the user items of information that are to be processed as well as the possibility to obtain and consolidate knowledge.
Each unit has the following structure: Pre-reading, Reading (each Reading contains Listening: a native speaker reads the texts, so that the user can familiarise themselves with the right English pronunciation), Ways with Words (based on vocabulary exercises), Grammar Reference (that contains theoretical explanations), followed by Controlled Practice, made up of one to four types of online assessment units. The user interested in completing the exercises contained in Ways with Words is asked to fill in the answers and send them as attachment to their teacher of English. The user may also use the chat module and make searches in the databases containing petroleum terms (English-Romanian dictionary, English-English dictionary, several phrases, lists of verbs, prepositional verbs and adjectives, etc.).
